Ticket Terms & Conditions
By using a ticket to attend an event sponsored by Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC, including but not limited to matches of the Greenville Triumph, Greenville Liberty, or any other property of Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC , I agree to the following terms and conditions:
Rights reserved: Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC, may, in its sole discretion, amend, update, and/or modify policies, prices, procedures and other terms and conditions relative to the use of tickets to any event. Such modifications will immediately be posted on https://www.greenvilletriumph.com/(opens in a new tab)
Assumption of risk/release of liability: Ticket holders assume all risks and danger of personal injury including death, ball strikes and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to attendance at a Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC event, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. Ticket holders hereby release Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC from any claims related to the any event for which they have chosen to attend.
Fan Behavior: Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC, will have the right to govern the behavior of those in attendance at its events. All event attendees agree to be bound by the USL Fan Code of Conduct found at https://www.uslsoccer.com/fan-code-of-conduct(opens in a new tab). If an attendee behaves in an unruly or disruptive manner, including, but not limited to, foul language, intoxication, destruction (or attempted destruction) of the property of the venue at which the event is occurring, or physical or verbal abuse of other attendees or venue fans, employees, game officials, players, or coaches during, before, or after a game, Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC, or its agents will have the specific right to ask the attendee to leave and/or be ejected from the event. Attendees are responsible for their behavior or that of others in their group. Adult attendees are subject to being asked to leave/ejection for the behavior of minors who they accompany to any event. In the event of such behavior, Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC, may, in its sole discretion, terminate any ticket rights, including those of Season Ticket holders, without refund or other compensation. Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC, reserves the right to revoke and/or eject any attendee without a refund for any violation of venue, club, or event rules, disorderly conduct, or resale or attempted resale of tickets.
Search upon venue entry/clear bag policy: Attendees and their belongings may be searched upon entry into any venue hosting a Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC, event, and attendees consent to such searches and hereby waive any related claims that might arise against Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC. If you elect not to consent to these searches, you may be denied entry into the venue. Also, Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC, maintains a strict CLEAR BAG POLICY for bags brought by attendees into any Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC event.
Use of image: Attendees hereby grant permission to Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC, and their designees to use their image, likeness, actions, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, film or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of or at the game in any medium, whether now known or hereafter created, or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.
Weather/cancellations/postponements: In the event of severe weather in the vicinity of a Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC, event, fans should listen for public address announcements, keep an eye on the video board, and follow the club on social media to receive any pertinent updates. Should fans be advised to exit the stadium for shelter due to conditions, re-entry will be allowed once the game is scheduled to resume. Upon a resumption of play, games will restart from where they stopped, preceded by a warmup period. If a game is postponed to a later date, tickets and parking passes from the original date will be exchanged for the later date, with details regarding such exchanges to be posted on https://www.greenvilletriumph.com/.(opens in a new tab) Generally, soccer games go on through rain unless conditions make playing impractical or dangerous. If an event has begun and then is cancelled or shortened due to weather or any other Act of God, Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC, will not be liable for any refund for tickets purchased for the event.
Other terms and Conditions: Any and all Promotions and Giveaways are subject to change at the sole discretion of management. Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC, reserves the right to change the date, starting time, and the location of any event and no such change shall entitle a ticket holder to an event a refund of the purchase price. Ticket sales, of any value (including complementary distribution), by non-official Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC, representatives is strictly prohibited within any event venue. Any ticket holder to a Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC, event hereby is deemed to understand that in connection with their purchase or receipt of a ticket, the holder may receive promotional emails and/or text messages from Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC. The holder understands that they may opt out of promotional messaging at any time by contacting Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC. It is the policy of Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC that there are no refunds or exchanges allowed for tickets purchased to any Greenville Pro Soccer, LLC, event other than where specifically referred to in this document.
